5.1 Delivery is provided by JONAK in Mainland France and Belgium.
Customers can choose from the following three delivery methods:
- Home delivery (Delivery between 2–4 working days),
- Delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point (no obligation to purchase from the selected retailer) – (Delivery between 3–4 working days)
- Delivery by Chronopost for France (24-hour delivery)
5.2 Due to numerous fraud attempts, JONAK has strengthened the security and tracking of deliveries.
Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when they place their order, in accordance with the conditions formulated by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all the specifications required for smooth delivery: full address, floor, door, letterbox, person authorised to receive the parcel, etc.
Any lack of information required will exonerate JONAK in the event of delivery difficulties.
5.3 Excluding sales periods, any order placed on the JONAK website before 7 a.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared by our warehouse the same day, subject to validation of payment.
The average time taken to receive an order for delivery to an address in mainland France is 3 working days from the order date.
JONAK undertakes to make every effort to deliver the items ordered and paid for by the customer within the agreed delivery times.
Delays may nevertheless occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for reasons relating to the place of delivery.
5.4 If the said items have not been delivered within 7 working days of the delivery date stipulated when the order was placed, and if this delay is not due to a case of force majeure or an event falling within the remit of the delivery service provider (particularly in the case of an option for delivery to a collection point), the customer may cancel the sale by sending an e-mail to the following address:

The sums paid by the customer will be reimbursed.
5.5 JONAK provides its customers with order preparation and delivery tracking.
The items ordered will be deemed to have been delivered and received by the Customer as soon as delivery is confirmed by the carrier or the collection point confirms that the Customer has collected the parcel.
In these two cases, no order refund will be made by JONAK. Your parcel will only be delivered by the carrier on presentation of your ID and with your signature. Consequently, the carrier’s tracking is proof of your receipt.
Otherwise, JONAK reserves the right to assess the veracity of the delivery issue before proceeding with the reimbursement. Postage costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
5.6 On receipt of the order, the Customer must check that the products received conform to the order.
Any item defects (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or opened parcel, broken or defective item, etc.) must imperatively be notified to JONAK, by phone or e-mail at
sav@jonak.fr or directly via the contact form on the
‘Contact us’ page.
Any claim submitted more than 72 hours after the delivery date will be rejected and JONAK will be released from any liability.
5.7 If the aforementioned conditions for a claim are met, and the product defect is established, JONAK will refund the defective product(s).
The customer may also place another order and JONAK will then reship the missing product (subject to the customer’s request having grounds).
All items supplied by JONAK are subject to the legal guarantee provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
